Jeri Holmes
Jeri Holmes received her J.D. from The University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1995 and in 2004, she founded Nonprofit Solutions. Since then, Jeri has become a staple in the Oklahoma nonprofit community, giving trainings both locally and throughout the United States. She has served as interim Executive Director at several organizations in the Oklahoma City area, helping them to reorganize and get back on the path to growth. With over fourteen years of experience in nonprofit law, Jeri is well equipped to assist you in cultivating an efficient and healthy nonprofit. Jeri teaches a Law and Nonprofit Organizations class for the master’s program at Oklahoma City University and was a member of Leadership Oklahoma Class of XXIX.
Alex Towler
Alex Towler received her J.D. from The University of Oklahoma College of law in 2018. While at OU Law, Alex interned at the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits where she taught a course on Fair Labor Standards Act compliance. Shortly after, she interned at Summit Financial Group where she studied human resources and personnel polices. She then worked under Judge Patricia Parrish at the Oklahoma County Courthouse aiding in various research projects. In 2020, she began an adjunct teaching position in the nonprofit management law program at Oklahoma City University, where she teaches planned giving.
Alex ended her academic career at Blaney, Tweedy & Tipton, where she studied general business law. Alex has been with Nonprofit Solutions since January 2018 and has enjoyed every second of working with her mother and the Oklahoma City nonprofit community. With her background in human resources and employment law, Alex is prepared to aid your organization in implementing effective personnel policies, training supervisors, conducting human resource audits, and conducting formal personnel investigations.
